A Day in the Life of a Real Estate Agent
Take a peek into a typical day of a Driven Properties agent:

7 am: I wake up early in order to get some exercise before I start my day. If it's not too hot outside, I go for a run around my neighbourhood, Dubai Marina. Otherwise, I head to the gym.

9 am: First thing I do when I get to the office is check my emails and respond to any messages I received the night before. After that, I update my existing properties on the system. 10? 11 am: Every day, I make a to-do list of all the tasks I must achieve the following day, so I spend this hour going through it and figuring out how ?ll complete them. 11? 12:30 pm: Early noon, I start calling my client list of landlords and sellers, catching up and collecting feedback. Over time, ?ve built a large network of investors with whom ?ve achieved a high level of trust. This is because I strive to deliver what I promise, and impressed with my services, clients often refer me to their connections. 12:30? 1 pm: I take a quick 30 minute lunch break. 1? 4 pm: I spend this time either going to viewings, property transfers, or networking with potential clients. 4? 6 pm: My area specialization is Palm Jumeirah, and I often communicate with other top agents in that area for market research. I keep up with the properties, the prices, and get insider tips. I also search for new properties during this time. 6:30? 7 pm: I look at more properties online to see what is currently on the market. 7? 8:30 pm: Dinnertime. 8:30? 9 pm: At the end of the day, I update my properties again online. 9? 9:30 pm: I try to get in some outdoor activities before bed, perhaps a jog outside or a 30 minute workout at the gym. These physical activities are?t only a way to keep fit or wind down, but also a networking opportunity. On my day off, I always participate in activities such as water sports and volleyball, and they have proved to be a fun yet relaxed way to meet new clients. When you work in real estate, you have to learn how to always make every situation into an opportunity to make connections.   Listed on:
