Seeing the great addition retail hub City Walk was to the city, the second phase of this Meraas development is set to be nothing short of incredible. Balancing between Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah, visitors of this project are immediately transported to a different land. With around one million square feet dedicated solely to retail outlets, the projects boasts a variety of high-end clothing outlets and boutiques from across the world. Some of the names include Carven, M Missoni, Karl Lagerfeld, Diane Von Furstenberg, Rag & Bone, and Essentiel Antwerp.
All those who fit the title will be excited to hear about the opening of Geek Natio?s first Dubai branch. Visitors are provided with ample parking, with 1,800 bays spaces located underground.
The first phase of City Walk offers some of the best local and global eateries in the world, but the new additions are already raising the bar. Some of the international favourites include Serendipity3, Brass Coffee & Community, Londo?s famous Galvin Brothers, and Tartufi & Friends.
Along with the plethora of restaurants and shopping outlets, there are many entertainment and lifestyle options for both adults and children. Right in the main plaza will be Reel Cinemas and Play Town, and Hub Zero, a massive family entertainment centre.
The development will feature a modern and minimalist mosque, which is still under construction.
One of the most unique features of City Walk is The Green Planet, a bio-dome which will house a tropical forest, creating an ecosystem with a biodiversity of a large number of plants and animals. The centre aims to increase environmental awareness and teach the public about the worl?s ecosystems.
