Also known as The Dubai Eye, this observation wheel will be located in Bluewaters Island, a waterfront project developed by Meraas Holding. With a height of 210 m, the Ain Dubai is larger than the London Eye by at least 75 m and will have a rotation time of 48 minutes. Expect to see gorgeous views of the entire city from Ain Dubai.
The Opus by Omniyat
The concept of the Opus by Omniyat is by the legendary, Dame Zaha Hadid. Located in the Burj Khalifa district, this gorgeous development's most unique factor is its square shape and the large gap that will be present right in the centre of this building. This incredibly aesthetic project will feature residential units and hotel services led by well-known hoteliers, Melia Hotels International. This mid-rise luxury property will be launched in early 2018.

TheDubai Frame
The Dubai Frame is a unique project created by the renowned architect, Fernando Donis, and it is developed by Emaar Properties. Located in Zabeel Park, this structure will cost around AED 160 million and will be approximately 150 m in height. The Dubai Frame is situated in such a way that it perfectly captures the landmark sceneries and sights of Dubai in a larger-than-life picture frame. After facing several delays, the Dubai Frame is finally set to be launched in late 2017.
Dubai Arena
Meraas Holding is bringing another grand spectacle to Dubai in the form of the biggest indoor stadium, Dubai Arena. A multi-purpose, air-conditioned venue that will host some of the biggest global musical acts, performances, and even large scale sporting events and tournaments.
