New Year, New Driven

After months of planning, I am proud to announce the opening of Driven Properties new headquarters in Bay Square, Business Bay. As the agency grew over the years, we began to outgrow our office and decided it was time to find a suitable space for our expanding team.

Its been a long and interesting journey, but the timing could not have been more ideal. The move to the new office was planned for January 2016 to ensure that our entire staff could start the year with a fresh start in a new environment.

Since weve settled in to the new headquarters, the excitement is palpable and the teams have gotten into their work with a vigor and enthusiasm.

The Concept

Walking through this office is a journey through all the different organs of Driven past the meeting rooms, boardrooms, client lounge, and departments: each with a distinct layout and design tailored to the function and working-style of its occupants.

The walls dividing the individual offices and the departments are made of glass to give the feel of an open space while allowing privacy when needed. The open nature of the space was designed to encourage collaboration within the teams as well as different departments. The minimalist color scheme gives the space a strong and graphic feel and gives room for the staff to express their own decor preferences on their personal areas. The focal point of the office is definitely our wall of quotes in the agents floor, which covered in inspiration phrases chosen by the founders of the agency.

One of the best features of the office is the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing in streams of natural light and offering views of Business Bay and Downtown Dubai.

Walkability and convenience are central themes in Bay Square, where the buildings surround a large piazza with stunning water features, lush landscaping, and walkways optimized to create a pedestrian community.

The Future for Driven

Moving forward, we are planning to further expand our sales, leasing, and commercial teams across all branches, including our Green Community office set to open in the coming February.Our marketing team has begun enhancing our presence in communities across Dubai and are starting to establish Driven as a source of reliable market information and advice. With 2015 seeing the signing of our first franchise agreement with Driven Properties Arenco, we are looking forward to spreading the Driven brand through new franchisees throughout the GCC.
