UAE Residents can now apply for 10-year visas

There is good news for residents of the UAE. Now you can apply for a 10-year residency visa and even have 100% ownership of UAE-based companies and firms. This new rule was passed on Sunday, May 20^th 2018.

According to news sources, the new rule was announced in a cabinet meeting that was held by Sheikh Mohammad at the Presidential Place in Abu Dhabi. This resolution allows doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, international investors, and even top students a 10-year residency visa for the UAE.

"The UAE will remain a global incubator for exceptional talents and a permanent destination for international investors. Our open environment, tolerant values, infrastructure and flexible legislation are the best plan to attract global investment and exceptional talents to the UAE." stated Sheikh Mohammad.

According to the Vice-President’s twitter, this decision will be taken in effect in the 3^rd quarter of 2018. So investors and individuals of the medical, research, and technical fields can begin their process for getting their 10-year residency visas.
