Emaar Properties launched a master development offering residential solutions in a self-sustained community in November 2019. The project located on the outskirts of Dubai is known as The Valley.

Once you have contacted one of our The Valley specialists and selected a property to invest in and spoken to the seller, the next step is for the buyer and seller to agree on the terms of the sale through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both parties.
