Nshama Town Square is a new community of apartments, townhouses and villas master-planned and developed by Nshama. It’s located to the south of Sustainable City and Arabian Ranches alongside Al Qudra Road which allows easy access to the rest of Dubai.

The development includes several projects, each of which offers a different residential type suitable for families and individuals. Transportation

Commuting between Town square Nshama and other parts of Dubai is smooth and easy considering that the community has a direct access to Al Qudra Road which is connected to the main roads that allow access to all of Dubai. However, relying on public transportation might be challenging since the nearest metro station is the Dubai Internet City, which is about twenty minutes away from the community and there are no bus routes within the community yet.

Town Square residents can visit the central park in the heart of the community which held a lot of entertainment options for everyone young and old. The Park contains a massive playing area for kids that include many fun elements like splash pads, a trampoline park, a carousel, a skating park and more. Besides that, residents can enjoy the open lush green spaces of the park, the sports courts, outdoor cinema and the food trucks all in one place to provide an escape for the whole family to enjoy their time together and build their happy memories.

Residents of Town Square Dubai also enjoy cycling tracks that run around the community and join Al Qudra cycling track, as well as walking along the grassy lanes and tree lined streets which can be quite a treat especially with the opportunity of having a stroll in the quiet evenings.
