Dubai South Developers

Dubai South is known as Dubai's top leading urban project. It is the rebranded version of Dubai World Central and it spans over 145 sq. km and contains a population of one million.

It is the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and it is the first master-planned city with an innovative and dynamic economic platform centred on the world’s largest airport which is in the process of development.

The Pulse and The Village are the first two residential communities in Dubai South. It offers 236 townhouses. Dubai South townhouses are followed by another project The Pulse Boulevard Apartments. These off-plan projects are expected to be completed by June 2019.
