City Walk continues to demonstrate strong residential market performance as one of Dubai’s established mixed-use lifestyle destinations. From January to August 2026, City Walk Residences recorded 113 transactions worth AED 629.54 million, with an average achieved price of AED 2,710 per sq. ft. Sales volume increased 28.4% year-on-year, while total sales value rose 41.4%, highlighting continued demand for ready properties in the community.
The report also highlights strong rental fundamentals, with 504 rental transactions worth AED 135 million and average rental values increasing 5.8% year-on-year. Meanwhile, Crestlane City Walk recorded 335 off-plan transactions worth AED 1.50 billion, with average pricing reaching AED 3,360 per sq. ft., demonstrating healthy absorption and sustained pricing strength.
